  1. I totally get what you're saying about when you read that article! I absolutely love the idea of not having to do the calculations of what veg to get and how much to get what I can literally either order or make myself in a one stop food. Everyone I've talked to about it has been put off by the idea, but it's absolutely amazing.
    I haven't tried Soylent yet, but I'm planning on starting to DIY it since I live in Canada and they dont deliver outside of the states for now... I've been having massive problems with emotional eating, and I feel like Soylent is a way to learn to be free.

    Also- definitely going to be following your blog. :)

  2. Soylent has been the only thing that's kept my emotional eating in check. I am hardly ever hungry, but I still get those overwhelming emotional urges to eat. Now, I just drink a little more Soylent and the cravings go away with much fewer calories consumed. I love it!
